Today didn’t go like I thought it would… but I’m not complaining.
Intake:
-Diet Pepsi
-1 Oreo
-2 Chocolate Chip Cookies
-White bread & butter
-Little Bit of Soup w/ noodles & veggies
-a few fries
-White Chocolate smoothie-shake love child
-Little Lemon Luna bar sample
I ate roughly 3 whole meals today. First time in forever, thank goodness.
Intake:
-French Toast w/ syrup
-breakie burrito
-Diet Soda
-PeachMango Tim horton’s smoothie
-TH Vanilla Creme donut
-Pasta Alfredo
Exercise:
-Walking roughly an hour
Today I slept, blew my nose, and slept some more. I’m either sick or allergy-ridden. Either way, I’m going back to bed.

-Fortune Cookie
… Shit, I’m gonna be dehydrated tomorrow.

-Grilled Cheese
-Onion Rings
So, I’m back in school after a fantastic weekend home. I just want to eat & sleep.

-Zebra Cake

-Milkshake smoothie love-child
-Pastry with Chocolate
-Macaroni & Cheese

-2 Sugar Cookies

-Carrots & Peanut Butter
-Diet Soda
-French Fries
-PB & J on a whole wheat wrap
-Dill Pickles
-Mozerella sticks
I admit that I keep trying to skip meals. It doesn’t work because I have friends who pay way too much attention to me, but I try.

-Salad & Italian
-Cake & frosting
-Mac & Cheese
-Cookies
-Motzerella Sticks
-Orange & Diet soda
Intake:
-Broccoli & Mushroom Pizza
-Ranch Dressing
-Tots
-Half a Grilled Cheese
-Diet Cola
-3 Chocolate eggs (creme filled)
-Cake, cake, & more cake
Intake:
-Lots of diet soda.
-Burrito Bowl thing
-Mac & Cheese (2 helpings)
-Lots of dessert pizza
-Salad w/ tooo much Ranch
Exercise:
-Walking for 1 & 1/2 hours.
Let’s just say, instead of being an a glass case of emotion, I was in a food-filled-land of emotion. Overall I didn’t really consume a ton more than normal, but still. Blarg.
